If you are logging on for the first time, the format below is what you will use to access the member side of the website:
Your username is:
FirstName + Member Number (no dashes or spaces)
Example: JoeR0000 (zero's not "O"s)
Your password is:
Your Last Name
Example: Smith

After you have logged onto the website, you will be prompted to change your username and password to something that you can easily remember yet is more secure. We recommend a minimum of 6 characters for your username and password and it should not be something simple like your last name. In the future, you can always go to the My Profile page and update your username and password as well as your personal information.
To view your statement, click on "My Statement" in the left hand column of the home page.
